Allegiant Stadium is the largest venue covered in this journal: a domed stadium just west of the Strip that hosts NFL football, college football and stadium-scale concerts. If you are planning a game day or a big tour date in Las Vegas, there is a good chance it will be here.

Location

The stadium is at 3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118, across Interstate 15 from the southern Strip resorts. Distances look short on a map, but crowds and heat make the walk longer than it seems.

History

Allegiant Stadium has been home to the Las Vegas Raiders and the UNLV Rebels since 2020. It has 65,000 seats for NFL games, expandable to 71,835, under a translucent ETFE roof. In February 2024 it hosted Super Bowl LVIII.

What to expect

Because the stadium is enclosed, games and concerts go ahead in a sheltered setting, but you still have to get there and back through the desert climate. With tens of thousands of people arriving at once, entry and exit take time. For a full rundown on match days, read game day in Las Vegas; for concerts, our arena concert tips apply here too, only bigger.

Choosing seats

In a stadium this size, the gap between sections is large. Lower sideline seats put you close to play; higher seats give a fuller tactical view. For concerts, check where the stage sits and which sections face it. Our seat maps explained guide helps.

Tickets

Helios Club is an independent journal: we do not sell or resell tickets, take no bookings and are not affiliated with this venue. Buy from the venue's own box office or the official ticketing outlet it names on its website, and read buying show tickets safely before you pay.
